I just now started using Photoshop, I've spent about 5 hours alone on it today just doing entry level stuff. Adding more pictures to backgrounds that I like and what not.

But on to my real question, I've been trying to modify my WHOLE desktop, this includes things such as my start menu, start button, taskbar buttons, and the taskbar itself.

What I'm trying to know if there is anyway humanly possible to edit the TASKBAR. Now, just to be more specific with what I'm trying to do, I'm trying to add my own custom theme to the taskbar, to much the rest of my desktop. I have searched Google tireslessly for hours upon hours trying to find a way to do this, and I'll I'm left with is "WindowBlinds" and that can only change the color/give it a pattern I don't want.

I'm trying to add custom text to the toolbar, or a picture even perhaps. I can get the dimensions pretty easy so that's not what I'm after either. I just want to figure out how to--if possible--to add my own theme.

Also, the start menu that pops up, I'd like to add a custom image that shows up AS A BACKGROUND, I know how to change the user icon :p. ALSO, not the white part of the start menu, the outside colors. (But if there is a way to integrate that in, I would absolutely love to know.

If anyone with knowledgeable information about Photoshop/Windows 7 modding and what not, I would love to get in contact with you, I have quite a few questions and would like to bother you just for a little while .

Thanks in advance, and much more thanks afterwards.
