Specific Niece...

Hey guys,

I have a request if anyone's available/free to help out cutting the background out of a picture of my niece.. she's disabled and we wanted to put the picture of her on an xmas bulb and other stuff.. but yeah.

I tried my best with magic wand and quick selection tool but the hair and everything just looks trash after my take.

Would anyone be willing to help out?
