Noise Effect like Photo (Sons of Anarchy)

Hi all,

I have a photo of me like this:







It's sons of anarchy tv-show. Probably there are a lot of people that know it.

I'm trying to make same effect adding noise 10%, uniform and monochrome. But i can't get an effect like this photo

Probably i need to download resources for this effect.

Anyone knows what resources i need to do it? Or advice. I don't know how to start :banghead:

I think your approaching it the wrong way what you will be needing is an american vintage flag picture or make it yourself and look for scratched metal brushes and set them as your eraser or paintbrush using masks.

Are you talking about the scratches on the flag or the small dots of noise on the side of the face of the model?
