Specific Object Removal/Increase Brightness

Hello everyone,

Wondering if anyone can remove my friend's hand on the left side of the shoulder? Also, not too sure if you can make the photo any better by increasing the brightness or anything to look like it was a sunny day because it looks too dark? Thanks in advance
