Your layers need better blending, and the colours look to brash for my liking, great effort though.

No problems mate just opinions at the end of the day.

as you have used an unsharp image of your subject (your niece) the eyes are actually drawn all around her and not at her with everything else being sharp clar and bright. Also try and fix red eye on any image manipulation unless you are going for a demon look of course.
