no not really but my home gym is..... yesterday I stepped upto lifting etc 40 pounds ooooooo my arms! also bought a sit up contraption did 30 and today owwwwwwwwwwwwwwwweeeeeee do I hurt but I have had no weight gain at all with the quit smoking and am now starting to loose weight again [stuned] sounds good huh? man do I hurt ;\ - I can't say that I am saving heaps now....... cause after buying the gym, exercise bike and sit up contraption oh and my camera I can't take up smoking cause I can't afford it now
