Specific Overlay remake

Hey guru's

Can someone re make this overlay for me in photo shop?

I'll need the photoshop session file so I can see how it was made.... Im wanting something simular to use on my personal photos.

This is very easy, it's just line pattern overlay in a layer style or fill layer.

This TUTORIAL is for diagonal lines, but it's the same for horizontal lines. She uses a pattern fill but I would use pattern overlay in a layer style.

Make sure the document you use to create the pattern has a transparent background, otherwise you have to use a blending mode when used.
