@ Paul ok thanks. I am playing around with this stuff. The watercolor effect does not seem to work for me so far but anyway I will probably come back to this thread.Coloured textures on three layers, three different sized square shapes with varying textures applied and colours added maybe?
Based from the look of it, this could have been created the old fashion way - by hand.
It could be possible to approximate the look in PS using select textures in 3 layers with the 2 top most layers set with color adjustment layers and at different layer modes and opacity.
IamSam your orange colour seems a bit streaky but the inner square and the top and bottom of the outer rectangle look very nice.I started working on this effect but I have not quite got it figured out yet, I'm still experimenting.
