hi, i have a simple question. I am painting from a photograph with alot of lens distortion. So all the straight lines of the buildings are super curved. When i draw things like architecture i find it useful to use the shift key to make stright edges. I was wondering how people normally deal with this. because it can be tedious trying to recreate perfectly curved lines, or is it smart to undistort the reference photo. draw an undistorted painting. and then redistort the painting to match the photo. If so is this an easy thing to do?

thanks,
Sam

Hey Sam, welcome to the forum.

I would use the Pen Tool to create curved lines. You can either make lines, selections, or curved shapes.
