Photoshop Filter Problem - Options are missing

Hello guys,
im pretty new to photoshop and tried some tutorials.
But i got stuck at one point now.
The person in the video does a "Wave" filter - when I tried to use it too, i recognized this :



He got like 5 Options to change and i only got that window with 2 options.

Both versions were CS6 , where is the mistake ?

I'm using CS6 and mines the same...


The other is a Zig Zag distort filter.

Where is the tutorial?
