Photoshop Mashup Request

Greetings everyone,
I was looking for some help and I stumbled upon your forum.
I'd be grateful if anyone could help.
I found this awesome pic of Ricky Gervais and would like to do something like it,


So I took a picture, I tried to have more or less the same face angle and would like to ask if anyone could replace Mr. Gervais face with mine (with the cigar on my mouth and the glasses effect as well - use either mine or Mr. Gervais's glasses if ou think ot ends out cooler).

Your head is still at the wrong angle, a cigar goes in a mouth not on it, and the quality of your pic is really low.

I can try to borrow a better camera from a friend, but meanwhile, thank you very much! That's great, considering the source picture.
