Specific Photoshop Request for Hair and eyebrows color change

Could someone make her hair color and eyebrows black, I tired doing it myself but it just looks like drawn marker all over it.

I know you did exactly what i asked and done it very well but I did asked in the title for the eyebrows to done as well. Could you do them?
