Photoshop Request: Website Header

I need a logo/header for a Jim Henson/Muppet fan site. It needs to have the two old men from the balcony "Statler and Waldorf" with a green background, leafy letters that spell out "Waldorf Salad" and the tagline "A Mixed Bag of Muppets" __ Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.​

I need sleep first, then some more info, like what size you need the image to be, and what format, eg mpeg or gif or png? Does the green background have to be textured in any way or have a gradient?
