Photoshop shortcuts to navigate layers

I've just a brief question regarding a couple of photoshop shortcuts:
are there shortcuts to navigate (up and down) between levels? Please note that I've a Italian layout keyboard.
Second, pressing spacebar the PAN function (hand). Can I also edit the shortkeys in order
to temporarily activate "rotate canvas", that is not having selecting again the tool I'm using after
rotating the canvas using the "R" key.

If you're using a wacom tablet, you can set the button on the pen to function as "rotate canvas".

So whenever you hold down the button, the rotate tool will be active and you can rotate the canvas. When you release the button, it goes back to the tool you were using before.

There is a second button on the pen as well. This one can be set to the hand tool, so whenever you hold down that button, you can move around your image. When you release the button, it returns to the previous tool you were using.

Another reason a tablet is a *must* have.

Without a tablet, I'm not sure you can do this.

I actually use a bamboo tablet, but never thought to use pen button for rotate.
I'll give it a try.
