Photoshop Workspace background Image change

I just saw this tutorial where the workspace is not the normal grey,but another image,how can i change mine

I don't use a Mac, but isn't that just someones desktop with Photohsop in a window rather than full screen?

In PS, right click in the workspace outside of any image, a menu should pop up with an option for custom color.
