photoshopping pictures?

Hi all. I'll start by saying this stuff goes so far over my head. I dont have a clue about any of this kind of thing.

Would anybody be able to photoshop 2 pictures for me? I have these 2 images saved on my computer and wanted to photoshop the tiger head onto the opposite shoulder from the wolf head to make it look like another tattoo.

So if anybody could do that and make it look like its in scale and realistic I would be eternally greatfull.
