Pixel Bender

Hi menmbers! I'm interested in getting hold of the old Pixel Bender Plug-In which was available in from Adobe Labs for PS CS4 and CS5 back in the day.
It's not available from Adobe Labs any more - they still have the tool kit but I'm after the PLUG-IN.
As it was a freebie, has anyone got a copy they could give me?
Much appreciated. If you do still have it and you're willing to send it to me, I use WeTransfer (quick and free - up to 2GB)
