Specific Please brighten face and put catchlights in the eyes

Dear PhotoShopGurus - one more request from Downunder...could someone please adjust this vet's pooly illuminated face so we can see the eyes properly?
- If you could add catchlights to her eyes that would be super.
- If you have time, please brighten the greyhound's right eye also.
Really appreciate this forum - sometimes I'm stuck with images taken by folk who aren't professional photographers and have to make the best of it to ensure publication.
