Specific Please edit-out this dog's collar and tag

A friend of mine spent most of her childhood and teen years in and out of hospitals (including 22 surgeries) and her dog that recently died was her constant companion, I wanted to do something nice for her with this image of her dog, but wanted to see how it would look without the collar and tag, and maybe without the little tuft of hair from in front of it's left eye. Thanks!
