Specific Please fix imperfection in midsection and smooth dress

Hi ! I took this picture of my friend on the day of her graduation and 1)I want to smooth the dress 2)the lines on the midsection and lightening her kneecap.
I tried to do it but I'm a beginner at photoshopping. Any help to make the picture better would be appreciated! Thanks!

All credit and respect to @JJLAPIN for his great work. Hopefully he won't mind me working with his image a bit more.
Just wanted to push the skin cosmetics - smoother skin, ease up on the shadows on the face.
A try on my part to see how it would work.
