Specific Please make hat fit!

My father (whose sick) met my daughter for the first time & I want to make him a nice gift for his birthday of this photo of them but his hat was way to big for him (I didn’t have the heart to tell him!) but can someone please make it so that the hat fits his head perfectly without making it look weird or altering anything else? TIA.
