Can someone please remove the girl on the left and perhaps enchance the color of the photo?

I don't know why I like doing these... I guess for the challenge of filling-in the missing background. Anyway, here's the edit. I think the colors in the photo are pretty good as they are — nothing jumps out at me that I would adjust.
