May I know how photoshop can open RAW file?
I'd want to edit my pictures in photoshop in RAW file, then export as JPEG after edit.
Is there any ways or any plugins can help me?

Photoshop comes with ACR (adobe camera raw)

However you may need to download an update to suit your camera raw version for example I shoot Nikon and my Raw files are Nef Raw.

Only CS5 supports wider variety of types.

however your camera should have come with software that will enable you to convert your native raw format to a DNG file which all ACR versions can open.

You should have a disc with your camera. that software will convert your raw files to DNG. DNG is still a RAW file but universally recognised.

If you dont have the disc then go onto the canon website and get the 1 relevant to your camera most the DSLRs will be the same.

What version of Photoshop are you using and what Canon camera are you using?
Open Photoshop and go to Help|Updates.

This will insure you have the most current version of ACR installed.
Open the raw file by double clicking on the file or dragging it into Photoshop.

If the image opens in ACR you're all set, if you get an error message your older version of Photoshop doesn't support your camera.

Now you have 2 choices.
1. Install the software that came with your camera which will open and edit raw files from your camera.
Do your adjustments, save as a Tiff, and then open that Tiff with Photoshop.
OR
2. Download Adobe DNG Converter 6.6 (Windows) or Adobe DNG Converter 6.6 (Mac) and convert your Raw file to a DNG Raw file.
Your copy of Photoshop will be able to open this converted DNG file in ACR.
There IS NO Plug-in you need to download.

DNG is a Raw data file.
Adjustments you make in ACR are a set of instructions that get applied to that data file.
Those instructions can be change or completely undone every time you open it in ACR.

When you send that data to the main Photoshop program it's not a JPG, TIFF, or anything else yet because you haven't saved it yet.

Make your adjustments in Photoshop and save.
If you save as a JPG, then it's a JPG.
If you save as a TiFF, then it's a TIFF.
If you save as a PSD, then it's a PSD.
