Problem trying to make photos like sketch

Hi, I’m trying to achieve a sketch effect, I used a few of Emvato’s sketch actions and the pencil sketch Fx box plugin but I can’t make it realistic, I also watched a few videos on YouTube and it’s still not enough I attached my results, the effect that I want to achieve is circled in yellow

The sketch circled in yellow is an actual pencil/charcoal drawing. You may be able to get close with the right action but I'm skeptical. You will have to keep trying different filters/actions. Here is an IMAGE SEARCH, take a look at these results and visit the pages. You might have better luck finding a similar action/effect.

You could actually draw a cat with the Brush Tool, but that would take some artistic talent.
