problems pulling images off

Ok, I'm still pretty new on this forum, already got help and tried to do a few freebie jobs, but having a heck of a time getting someones image OFF this forum and onto my computer.
First guy I managed to get the photo but it was a low res version. That person contacted me directly with a higher res image. Now some guy has a motorcycle image recently posted, but I can NOT figure out how to move it to my computer. Nothing works.

What am I missing here?
