first of all it is CS6 and I have it and quite like it If you have recently bought CS5 then really is not worth the extra money to buy cs6 unless you upgrade every 2 years or so then it works out cheaper. However This is only Beta stage but difference between CS5 and CS6 are briefly
Darker interface if you choose
Runs a lot quicker
Has more advanced Blur features that replicate real lens Blur
Has far superior content aware (patch Tool, Content aware fill, Content aware Extend, shrink for things like roof tops, Content aware move tool for example making a selection of a dog in the garden you can then move it anywhere else in the picture and it blends it in with a few clicks.
Colour profile adjust ment layers
New oil painting filter that actually is part of cs5 but a free download called pixel bender.
Improved crop and straighten tool.
Improved lens correction for distorted images due to wide angle lens.
Improved vector performance.
New Stroke options Ie dotted lines instead of solid strokes.
