Specific Remove 2 row of stone

I would like to remove the 2 rows on the right. So It would be 5 rows of the dots instead of 2.

I dont have photoshop installed anymore

Maybe I'm not looking at this correctly. There are 4 rows of white dots and 7 columns.
You want 2 columns of dots removed so there are only 5 left?

Yes, thats correct remove the red area, and also we want the stone/artwork above removed

Once I realized what the object was - cremation niche - I had a clearer understanding of what you needed.
I replaced the background which made removing the artwork easier - the niche itself was the most important.
