Specific Remove backgound object #3

Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone might have a bit of time on their hands to do 2 edits on this picture:

1) Remove the blue wooden frame in the middle and the black cable stuck to the wall. That's the first result
2) Additionally, is it possible to also get rid of the crappy wallpaper in the middle and have it all be solid plain black?
