Specific Remove background object

Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone is expert enough to remove the rectangular blue wooden frame in this picture? (and the black electric cable would be nice

Very ironic. The "awful" wallpaper was the hardest part of this edit. I needed to get rid of the frame and its shadow and then rebuild the wallpaper.

Getting rid of it is pretty easy. I'll get to it a little later tonight.
