Specific Remove Background?

Hello! I am in desperate need of a new professional photo and the only recent one I have was with a group of people. I have cropped myself out of the group photo but you can still see suits/hair of other individuals standing behind me. Is there anyone here that could possibly edit the picture to have a plain background instead? Thank you in advance for your help!
