Specific Remove background

Would be very grateful if someone could take the background out or make it single or few tone colour

slightly brightened and smoothed image. Sharpened the eyes a bit (if ares appear focused, the rest of the image will appear forcused). Uploaded a .png version (white background here) so you can add any backdrop you prefer, also uploaded with a generic portrait backdrop.
