Specific Remove body parts

Hi Gurus,

This picture was taken at a wedding and it was a rare occasion that these 3 family members were together. We would love it if one of you could remove a couple areas were other people were standing.

Can you remove the hand that's on the shoulder of the woman on the right and the grey jacket on the far left side of the picture behind the woman on the left?

There you go. I made a little change on the dress to hide the hand, but I can change the suit if you prefer.

Looks great, sousou707! If you can fix the shoulder of the suit just a little, that would help, but still looks great as it is.
