Specific Remove building

Could you please remove the building from behind my daughter and leave blue sky? The trees can stay. Under her right leg are some red spots - please blur/blend those out. If possible, also "brighten" the picture/her face? Thank you!!

Here's a quick try. Removed all but your daughter and the foreground. Her face is brightened just slightly.
