Specific Remove cigarette from mouth

Hi please would somebody be able to remove the cigarette from the mouth from this picture? I have no photoshop skills whatsoever so would really appreciate if anyone would be able to take the time to help

There was some issue with the filter. So I blurred it out and tried to make it look like your finger. Hope this helps
