Paid Remove disturbing background? €20 anyone?

Hi everyone, I adjusted the background of this photo, but around the “neck” area and at the bottom of the image there are distracting, unnatural grey patches. Can someone retouch those so the background is consistent everywhere? If so, I can send the full-resolution file (TIFF). €20 via PayPal?
