Specific Remove mark and bag

Hello.. Can anyone remove the red tilak mark from my forehead?? and also I want to remove the bag that I'm carrying..
It would be great help if anyone could

The Tilak was hardly visible, but played with some highlights and shadows there. Similar changes done to the shirt part where the hand bag was covering. Also removed that screen device on the right. Let us know if changes are needed.

Removed the bag, the blue object to your left and the fringing around your shirt.
