Specific Remove objects from photo

I wanted to remove the objects in the picture and leave just the picture in the back remaining. Help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks

That is an awful lot of work to make the output look even decent. It is probably best to name the painting or provide pictures of the same if they are available on the net so it consumes lesser time.

I agree with Polarwoc and even more in this case when art (painting) is involved, has to be almost perfect you cant change anything...
