Specific Remove objects from wedding photo.

Hi all!

Was just married this weekend and was hoping someone could edit this photo to remove the arm/sleeve/hand from the view of us kissing to see the flower arch better. Maybe also removing the photographer if not too difficult.

We can remove it but we don't know what's behind it. Do you have any other photos that could show us what's there? If not, maybe tell us where this is?
