Specific Remove photopaper lines and sharpen pl

Hello all, can anyone restore this photo for me please? It's printed on 'corrugated' paper. If possible I'd love the lines removed and for it to be sharpened. Many thanks for anything that can be offered.

Here is my attempt at improvement. I also increased the resolution as well.
Others may jump and with even better renditions.

Tried a few things...did some frequency separation, ran it thru Gigapixel, slight curves adjustment. Seemed to be a quality of what I did that some of the
faces came out clearly while others did not. Might give it another try...

2nd try - but of a devil's bargain where i can get some details back but lost them in other parts. Tried combing both images and masking as needed.
Abut at my limits...
