I think the balloons are an integral part of the subject so I placed a full balloon on the left, which was cut off in the original. It adds a bit of extra balance to the image IMHO.

I agree but you have to be carefull with the repetitive patterns. i took your work and try to fix them, also added some extra retouches i saw the photo a little bit too dark.
