As you can see in the obscured areas we are dealing with white or black pixels only. There is no pixel information to "restore", "remove", or "uncover".

It's always a bad ideo to share a screenshot (low resolution, compression artefacts = lost informations) and not the original image...

So you can only try to "improve" the quality (remove artefacts, unblur,etc)
