Restoration Remove staple marks and stamp from old ID picture

Hi guys, I found this ID picture in a old passport of my great-grandmother, the picture is about 60 years old.
I wished I could have a clear nice squared ID picture that I could use in my family tree and enlarge it for printing purpose. In order to do that, I need to get rid of the staple marks on the top and bottom as well as the stamp on the right.
Thank you very much! I hope the original picture quality is good enough.
