Specific Remove the background

Can someone edit out the background and logos in the background without substituting a new CG background. IE It needs to look as natural as possible.

Please repost in the original dimensions and resolution.

See if this is what you had in mind. I did remove some of the shadow on the right but maintained the same background that was there.

Edit: I noticed a few glitches when I looks back. Ghost image under right arm should not be there. I also cleaned up the background in lower left and right corners of the image.
