Specific Remove the powder on face

Hi can you please remove the silver powder in my face? If possible please try not to make it too blurry looking we like it to be realistic. You don't have to add filters or edit something other than removing the powder. I would appreciate the kind gesture.

Um, this is going to be an extremely tough job, and way too much work for a free request. Getting your features, skin texture, skin tone etc won't be possible as there is no reference image. If there is a reference image which has close to the same pose, it would still be possible - but in that case you rather just re-take the picture.
