Specific Remove two people

Hi all, I would really appreciate it if someone could remove the two players in orange shirts - I am the one in red in the foreground!

I wouldn't have the first idea how to do it myself I'm afraid.

Thanks in advance to anyone that could do this edit for me.

Couldn't save the hand..........to much red in it. Didn't look right.

This is the best I could do with that problematic hand. It is THE biggest challenge with this edit.

That problematic hand has been bothering me. My initial version that I posted above looks like a decaying head of cauliflower. Color changes and minor editing don't work so I essentially redrew it from scratch using what I assume is the original positioning. It's difficult since only 3 or 4 pixels suggest a fingernail and it was done at 600% or 700%.

At any rate , one more time I couldn't leave well enough alone.
