Specific Removing baby from a picture

Hello guys.
I want to take a photo of my baby using this photo but I need someone to help me removing the baby from it. In addition my baby turns 11 months soon. So can you please move the flower circle from number one to number 11 please.

So the wreath would be too small to reveal the "11" and if enlarged took up too much space.
So just substituted a different wreath...
