Specific Removing flower in front of turtle

I took a pic of a snapping turtle taking a rest on a log but there is a little flower/plant in front.

Could it be possible to remove it?

Nice shot. IMO, shadows/lights and saturation adjustments may get a little closer to what you saw through the lens...(?)
