Specific Removing rain from photo

Hi there, this is a photo of myself taken for a club at school. Unfortunately, it started to sprinkle during our photos, and all of mine ended up with a lot of noticeable rain. I was wondering if anyone could help clear up some of it, especially on my glasses?
