Retouch Removing someone from a picture

Hi guys,

I am requesting your help following a picture I tool at Corcovado, Brazil.
So here it is, one of these exciting day where I am about to visit one of the new 7 wonders of the world and untick it from my bucket-list.
First train, first raw, I am rushing the Christ the Redeemer to get a great shot alone until.... Forest Whitaker arrived. He kind of ruined my picture, so I was wondering if you could work your magic to make him disappear from this picture?
