Request | A Torn Flag Banner thingy

Well basically I need a torn banner kinda like this:

It shouldn't be a problem but there are some requirments.
It needs to be double sided like this:
border_arrow_00.png

But I want it to be Torn and have a "Butt Hurt" text in the left one.
They both have to have the holes but mirrored as the right side is the back side of the flag.
Also I need the holes in another file just the holes in black on a white background.
Oh and I would like to see the text or at least partially but readable.
If something is not understandable just let me know.

I also got some basic materials I could send you.
 
First, the torn and hole-eaten edges are very smooth. If you want them more jagged, I'd suggest that you add a layer mask (easy to go back and change what you don't like/want), select some bristle brushes or some of the texture brushes and experiment messing up the rounded spots here and there. The pencil might be fun to try also.

Then you can go to filter>distort>flag and play with settings. Try triangular first instead of sine wave under "type." I suggest only one generator and low amplitude, work with the wavelength mostly. This might work best for you if each half or each separate banner is on it's own layer. That way you can have some overlapping on the edges to look more realistic.

I actually went with more clean approach
I left the tearing and done this:

Im still considering a torn flag tho so Ill try to do what you said and it would be a grate practice any way :D.

Also this is one flag but the left side is the front and the right side is the back you can see they are inverted.This is how it looks in the game:

Oh yeah what do you think about the flag and how can I make it better?
